Don't mind my whining buuuuut, is it Friday yet!?!??! Ugh today I just feel like crap - It all stems from last nights melt down after bootcamp. Usually a tough workout gets the endorphins running and can make you happy for several hours. But lately my workouts have been just depressing because i dont feel like I am seeing any results from my hard work. Bootcamp literally kicks my butt and I am beginning to wonder if the pain is worth it. I feel like I am eating pretty good (not great but not fast food and junk either) but I feel like I am gaining instead of losing. I think I need to increase my number of workouts per week and also run as much in the morning as possible. On my vaca last week (which was very much a golf trip for the Mr. - he golfed 5 times in 8 days!) I vowed to run every day that I didnt golf. I golfed three times so that left 4 days to run. Well i made it 3 out of the 4 (not too bad). The first run was the night of our first day in the house. I decided to run at 10pm Pacific time (which was like 1am in the morning to my body). Not the smartest plan. I was just beat and only got in 1 mile run and 1 mile walk. Atleast i got on it. Run 2 was 3 miles and run 3 was 4 miles. All pretty much at a 11 min mile pace :(. The Mr. and I's room was actually more like a second floor suite with 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and this great sitting area that has a treadmill, workout machine, pool table, and flat screen tv mounted to a wall of mirrors - darn i wish i could move this house to the East Coast and maybe afford it!

Here are some pics of the Mr. and I golfing. The courses were all great and I actually played pretty well (for me anyway). We played Canyons at Red Rock which is the private course intertwined amoung the houses in the neighborhood where the guest house was.
